• A few little site updates

  For those of you who visit my site regularly (you know who you are), you probably have noticed a slight change.

  I have now decided to focus fully on my web design business and to give up my other career as an focus puller for film and television. To that end, my site needed to be updated, restructured and re-thoughtout. I have separated my blog from my business site, rathersplendid.net is now just the blog and zandermartineau.com is for my work. They are very closely linked and share the same design, but not colour scheme (let me know what you think).

  My personal sites tend to evolve, so this may not be it’s final incarnation, I normally get itchy feet and change it about once a year, so don’t get too attached.

• Arc & Co Property Finance

  I’ve just started doing some freelance design and SEO for Arc & Co . I thought I would give them a mention here, to help out the Google rankings…naughty I know.

  Nibbl’d.com is a new food related site of mine that I wanted to show you all.

  At the moment it only has VERY basic functionality because I have only spent a few hours on it. When I get more time, I will completely redo the site to become a premier food resource with a twist.

• Coldplay's "Fix You" Promo

  I was lucky enough to be part of the film crew filming this promo, I was an Assistant Cameraman, with two shows over two nights at Bolton’s Reebok Stadium. I was very fortunate to have an amazing view throughout the concert as I was in with sound and lighting guys who were about 60 metres from the stage. They were amazing shows and ones I’ll never forget, especially as I found, while de-rigging all the camera gear, a used, broken set of Will Champion’s drumsticks! I still have them sitting proudly on my mantle…
